* To get the city permit call (641) 472 6193 There is a $15 city fee that is charged to each vendor per year All food vendors are required to have completed an application from the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals. Please call (515) 281-7102 to obtain one.

1st Fridays Art Walk is about “Art” and when accepting or denying this application we consider the relevancy your business has to Art. Your application will be denied if your business includes pamphlets, leaflets, political campaigning, proselytizing or solicitation.
We have the right to deny this application. The completion of this form does not give you permission to attend 1st Fridays Art Walk as a vendor.
